ఇప్పుడు మన భాష చీలిపోతోందని కొన్ని వార్తలు.

ఈ మధ్య కాలంలో రాజకీయ నాయకులకి తెలుగు భాష మీద మక్కువ ఏర్పడిన్దేమోనని నాకు అనిపిస్తోంది
ఒక స్కూలు లో ఇంగ్లీష్లో మాట్లాడం లేదు అని పిల్లలని భాధపెట్టడం జరిగింది .. ఇప్పుడు దానిని కొందరు తెలుగు భాష పై దాడి అంటున్నారు..

కాని నిజం emitante ఈ సంఘటన ఆ స్కూలు యాజమన్యముyokka పైషాచికత్వానికి నిదర్శనం . కాని మన రాజకీయ నాయకులు అసలు విషయాన్నీ పక్కకు పెట్టి మరొక పిడి వాదాన్ని వినిపించి దాని ద్వారా లాభం పొందటానికి చూస్తున్నారు.

ఈ విషయములో స్కూలు యాజమాన్యం శిక్చించిన విధానం తప్పు, ఈ విధానం పిల్లలకు ఆత్మ న్యూనత భావం కలుగ చేస్తుంది.
విచిత్రము ఏమిటంటే మీడియా కాని , రాజకీయనాయకులు కాని పిల్లలని శిక్షించిన పద్దతిని గురించి మాట్లాడడం లేదు.. తెలుగు భాష ఏమయిపోతోందో అని భాదపడుతున్నారు. ఒకసారి మన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వము ఒక సర్కులర్ అన్ని కార్యాలయములకూ పంపించిది. సారాంశము ఏమంటే ఇప్పటి నుండి అధికారిక ఉత్తర ప్రత్యుత్తరాలు అన్నీ తెలుగులోనే పంపించుకోవాలి అని.. కాని ఇక్కడ విషయము ఏమిటంటే ఆ సర్కులర్ ఇంగ్లీషులో ఉండడము. ఇది ప్రభుత్వ అధికారుల నిర్లక్ష్యానికి పరాకాష్ఠ

ఆ స్కూలు విషయములో నిజము గమనిస్తే మనకు కూడా పసి పిల్లలను శిక్షించిన పద్ధతి నచ్చివుండదు . అంతే కాని ఇంగ్లీష్ మాట్లాడడం నేర్పించడం తప్పుగా అనిపించి వుండదు అని నా అభిప్రాయము.

ఏ భాష మీద అయిన పట్టు రావాలంటే మాట్లాడుతూ వుండాలి .. మాట్లాడుతూ వుంటేనే అందులో వున్న సంగతులు తెలుస్తాయి.. అదేదో ఆంగ్ల సామెత అన్నట్టు "నువ్వు జర్మన్ భాష నేర్చుకోవాలంటే జర్మన్ అమ్మాయిని గర్ల్ ఫ్రెండ్ చేసుకో " అని...

ఇక శిక్షల సంగతి చర్చిస్తే మనలో చాలామంది ఇలాంటి శిక్షలు పది సంవత్సరాల క్రితమే చూసాము .. ఇంగ్లీషులో మాట్లాడడం లేదని..పిల్లలకు శిక్షలు .. లేకపోతే ఇదో లేదా పది పైసలు జరిమానా ... కాని అప్పుడు మీడియా అంతగా విస్తరించ లేదు...ఇప్పుడు అలా కాదు.. వందలకొద్దీ చానెళ్ళు... టి ఆర్ పి రేటింగ్ కోసం తాపత్రయ పాడటములో ఆత్రం అంతే..ముఖ్య విషయాన్ని తప్పు దోవ పట్టించారు

ఒక్క సారి గుండె మీద చెయ్యి వేసుకుని ఆలోచిస్తే.. మన తెలుగు భాషతో మనకు తక్కువ ప్రయోజనలున్నాయన్న విషయము మనకు తెలుసు
కావాలంటే ఆలోచించండి ఏ వూరిలో అయినా సరే .. గత ఇదు లేదా పది సంవత్సరాలలో కొత్త తెలుగు మాథ్యమ పాఠశాలలు వచ్చాయా...
ఒక వేల వచ్చినా అది తప్పకుండా ఐదు శాతము కూడా వుండదు
వచ్చినవి అన్నీ... ఇంగ్లీష్ మాథ్యమ పాఠశాలలే... ఎందుకంటే.. తల్లి తండ్రులు వారి పిల్లకు అదే మంచిదని అనుకుని అదే కోరుకుంటున్నారు..ఈ కాలం పిల్లలు వాడే .. మమ్మీ , డాడీ, ఆంటీ, అంకుల్ లాంటి ఎన్నో పదాలు తెలుగు పదాల పర్యాయ పదాలలో కలసి పోయాయి అంటే అతిశయోక్తి కాదేమో అనిపిస్తోంది..

ఇది ఈ విషయం నేను ఇప్పుడు రాస్తున్న మాట కాదు
ఎందఱో ఎప్పుడో చెప్పిన మాట...ఎందఱో ఇప్పుడూ చెప్పుతున్న మాట
మనకు అందరికి ఒక పాత సినిమా లో ఒక సీన్ గుర్తు వుంటుంది.. హీరో తెలుగు లో పోస్ట్ గ్రాడ్యుయేటు. పెళ్లి చేసుకుందాము అంటే పిల్లను ఇవ్వడానికి ఎవరూ సాహసించరు .. వచ్చిన వారంతా తెలుగు మాస్టరుకు ట్యూషన్ పెట్టుకొని సంపాదించే వీలు కూడా వుండదని ..
అది సత్యం.. ముమ్మాటికి సత్యం

మనము మాట్లాడే ప్రతి వాక్యములో కనీసము ఒక్క ఇంగ్లీష్ పదము అయినా వుంటుంది అని అనడములో ఏమాత్రము సందేహం లేదు.. ఒక అమ్మాయి బెంగుళూరు ఎఫ్ ఎం కు ఫోన్ చేసి.. తెలుగు పాట అడగాలనుకుంది.. అప్పుడు బసంతి అనే ఆవిడా ఎఫ్ ఎం వ్యాఖ్యాత .. ఆ అమ్మాయి తెలుగు పాట కావాలని ఎలా అడిగిందో తెలుసా " ప్లీజ్ బసంతి, నా కోసం వన్ స్వీట్ తెలుగు సాంగ్ ప్లే చెయ్యరా అని" ఇది నేను అ అమ్మాయిని విమర్శించడం కొరకు చెప్పడం లేదు .. మన తెలుగు భాష మీద వున్నఆంగ్ల భాష ప్రభావం తెలియచేయడానికి ఇది ఒక చిన్న వుదాహరణ మాత్రమే ..ఇది మూడు సంవత్సరాల క్రితం జరిగిన యదార్థ సంఘటన

ఆంధ్రుల జీవితములో సినిమాకు వున్న చోటు అంతా ఇంతా కాదు.. ఒకప్పుడు మన సినిమా హీరోయిన్లు రెండు మూడు సంవత్సరాలలోనే తెలుగు నేర్చుకుని తన మాటలకు తనే డబ్బింగ్ చెప్పుకునేవారు.. మరి ఇప్పుడు..పది సంవత్సరాలు పైగా తెలుగులో నటిస్తున్న హీరోయినులకు ... తెలుగు కొంచెము కూడా రాదు. వారు నేర్చుకునే ఒకే మాట... "గారు" అనే పదం...కావాలంటే గమనించండి..

తెలుగు భాషను కాపాడడం చాలా సులభం ఎలా గంటారా..
తల్లి తండ్రులు ఇంటిలో వారి పిల్లలతో తెలుగు మాట్లాడాలి

తెలుగులో కథలు చెప్పాలి.. దీని వల్ల తెలుగు పదాలు ఎక్కువ తెలుస్తాయి .. అంతకు మించి ఏమీ అవసరం లేదు... ఎందుకంటే.. ఆధునిక ప్రపంచంలో ఆంగ్ల భాషతో వున్న అవసరం అలాంటిది మరి..

మన తెలుగు బాషను కాపాడుకోవడం మన చేతిలో వుంది , ప్రభుత్వం చేతిలోనో లేదా రాజకీయ నాయకుల చేతిలో కాదు..

వెయ్యి అడుగుల ప్రయాణము ఒక్క అడుగుతో మొదలవుతుంది అన్నట్టు , మనము మనల్ని ఆ ఒక్క అడుగు అని అనుకుని మన కృషి కొనసాగిస్తే తెలుగు భాషకు వచ్చిన ఢోకా వుండదు ఇది కొన్ని వేల సంవత్సరాల తెలుగు మనుగడకు మనం మన తరుపున సమర్పించే ఒకే ఒక్క చిన్న అడుగు .

చివరిగా ఒక్క మాట, తెలుగు మన మాతృ భాష - అంటే మనము మాతృ స్థానం ఇచ్చామన్న మాట
కాని ఇంగ్లీషు పితృ భాష లాంటిది.
అంటే ప్రేమకు తెలుగు భాష ఎంత ముఖ్యమో, పెరగడానికి ఇంగ్లీషు భాష అంత ముఖ్యం.

టీవీ ఛానల్ రిపోర్టర్ నా మీద ఫోకస్ చేస్తున్నాడని తెలిసిందా.. ఇక సరే సరి..మరింత వుత్సాహంగా...గలాటా ఎక్కువ చేస్తాను....దారిన పోతున్న ఒక వ్యక్తి బైకును కాల్చేందుకు.. ప్రయత్నిస్తాను ...
పలాని గుండా నాకు దగ్గర బంధువని ... నాకు క్లోజ్ ఫ్రెండ్ అని..చెప్పుకోవడానికి గర్వపడుతాను...

మంచి వారికీ వోటు వెయ్యమని ఎవరన్న చెప్పితే , ప్రజాకర్షణ లేదంటారు
అంటే ప్రజలకి ప్రజకర్శనే ముఖ్యం. వాడు ఎలాంటివాడు ఆయినా సరే ..
అందుకే మన్మోహన్ సింగ్ లాంటి వాడు లోక్సభ ఎన్నికలలో గెలవ లేక పోయాడు.
అందుకే మన నాయకులు ప్రజకర్షణకు కష్టపడ్డట్టు ప్రజాసేవకు ఇష్టపడటం లేదు..
చివరకు రాఖీ సావంత్ లాంటి వారు పార్లమెంటులో అడుగు పెట్టిన ఆశ్చర్య పోనవసరం లేదు..ఎందుకంటే ఆమెకు వున్నా ప్రజాకర్షణ అల్లాంటిది
ఇది మనము నేర్పిన విద్యే ...మరియు మనము నేర్పుతున్న విద్యే

నేను మారనని నాకు తెలుసు.. అంతే కాదండోయ్ ...
నేను మారనని నాతో పాటి అందరికీ తెలుసు.......

జీవితములో అన్ని అడ్డ దారిలోనే రావాలని ఆలోచిస్తుంటాను
తరువాత దేశాన్ని తిడుతాను
పరాయి వారు ఎవరన్న నా దేశాన్ని తిడుతోంటే నా దేశము గొప్పదని , గొప్ప చరిత్ర గలదని ... అందుకు వుదహరనలుగా ఆర్యభట్ట , వరహమిహురుడు, అశోకుడు, బుద్దుడు అని రెండు వేళ సంవత్సరాల ముందు పుట్టిన గొప్పవారి పేర్లు చెపుతూ వుంటాను

లేదంటే.. పరమహంస, గాంధీ ల పేర్లు ఉదహరిస్తాను..


నాకు అయితే గాంధి మళ్ళీ పుట్టినా నా దేశం మారదని అనిపిస్తోంది.. ఆలోచించాలి... ఆలోచించాలి.. ఆలోచించాలి.. ఎవరో పుట్టితే దేశము మారదని.. మనకు మంచి బుద్ధి పుట్టాలని...ఆలోచించాలి

శ్రీ శ్రీ గారు ఎప్పుడో చెప్పినట్టు.. మనదీ ఒక బతుకేనా కుక్కలవలె నక్కలవలె.. సందులలో పందులవలె..
అంతే కాకుండా శ్రీ శ్రీ గారు మరో మాట చెప్పారు..

CHIK BUM CHIKIK Chik Bum

So Fat reached his village. He was upset for couple of weeks and slowly managed to come out of the frustration in the village loveliness and he started a small business there with his past experience. His wife formed a group of ladies and initiated some small business.

Months went off, recession hit was harder than Fat thought of. So, lots of firings from lots and lots of industries and companies. As IT Sector is one of the highest paid sectors, this sector belongs to one of the highest affected sector by the recession.

So, even engineers thought of going home and take a break for some time. Fat is observing the returning engineer's count started from 1 in his village and it reached 8 within few weeks. He got more clearer picture about recession impact by seeing those 8 people in that small village.

Fat used to think that IT engineers will not have a problem to run home because they are paid heavily . So he started observing one among them:

One engineer Bramhi came with one trolly bag which has huge wheels (even he knows that in village he can't roll) where that trolley has Eight months old flight tag of a inter national airlines that he travelled for some project. Initially he did not tell to his parents, within few days parents understood that some thing is fishy because in general this engineer never used to stay beyond 2 to 3 days by complaining humidity, rain, mosquitoes, sunny, water, bla bla bla .....

One fine day his father asked and Bramhi revealed the news.

Months passes by , Brahmi did not get any hope of getting out of recession. His problem started from morning, as he was under air condition most of the time, he is not able to tolerate little sun too . Because of the confidence level and salary he was getting , he has superiority complex for not meeting with any villagers during his earlier visits . So he doesn’t have any friend to share his feelings.

Slowly he felt bad for what he was in past and remembering couple of situations like how he treated one of the customer representatives in a cloth emporium for his own mistake. When his parents were telling him not to waste money he did not care for their words .Now The Bramhi is in such a situation where he doesn’t have savings to survive for even few months .

He started remembering his typical day:

He will get up by 8 AM and will be ready by 9 AM, cab will be waiting for him at 9:30 and he reaches by 9:36 where driver might have already given couple of blank rings to alert Brahmi and Brahmi gets into the cab by murmuring on driver in english who waited for 6 extra minutes than his usual time.

While getting down at office, he used to command the driver to stop the vehicle at the nearest possible point to the door to escape walking for couple of seconds as well as from sun. Not ready to talk with house keeping people in their understandable language and shouting in english. Escalating about a helper for not removing an empty coffee cup from his desk which actually Brahmi should have been put into the dustbin (as per organizational rules). Suggesting lots of things to his co-friends (just because they are into the less paid industry and in the process of taking revenge on them because they were the toppers in his school days).

Even irrespective of all these past behaviours & attitude from him, the co-villagers were supporting him and able to understand his situation and most are trying to give moral support.

Fat read in the news papers mentioning about the over financial commitments of IT people and he read that most people who are consulting Psychiatrists are from IT sector because they are not strong enough to face the tough situations. He understood the formula of IT engineer is get 30 -> Spend 32K ( cloths, drinks, pubs, movies, malls, restaurents, many many credit cards, cabs, high rent, personal loans, vehicle loans, housing loans,etc…,) thinking of 10% to 15% hike yearly .This is an illogical illusion of most of the IT Engineers .

Fat felt happy than ever for the reason that he had saved some amount of money from his job and is able to run his own business and family by his own.

Slolwy market trends moving up and IT boom started again, Bramhi got job in another company. Now Bramhi understands the value of people and he also understands the ways of life as a Totality. He is able to compare himself with the mental strength of Fat in withstanding in life after a simillar blow .

PS: This is just a story of a sample Fat and Bramhi. I hope the reader understands that I am not generalizing in any way either IT Engineers or other sector employees. I am quite very well aware of the charitable things run by IT Engineers like TeachIndia, WishFulfilling, Sponsoring education to poor, Support To Go Green.etc.,.

Lets all remember "SARVEJANA SUKHINO BHAVANTHU"....

BUM CHIK BUM BUM

This is a story of a couple Fat and Mot! . Fat works in a HyperMarket and Mot works in the Housekeeping section of an IT Company. Here Fat is little arrogant and having short temperament by nature..

They are staying in a house which is little far from the city centre, because main city is occupied with High Paid employees :). More Rent and more cost of living..made Fat to stay in a house which is far from City. So to get into the work, Fat uses city service and Mat has pickup and drop from her company.

One day Fat got up by 6'o clock and got ready by 7'o clock. He reached the bus stop by 7:15. On the way he observed a cab from a call centre is parked in a corner. Just like that he spoke to the driver and enquired why the cab is there. Driver told he is waiting to pickup some call centre employee and employee asked driver to wait for an hour as his time slot moved by 2 hrs. He felt he could have been an employee of that kind of company so that no need of traveling by bus.

Walking further, he reached the bus stop. After waiting for couple of minutes, He got the bus. He felt fortunate by seeing that bus coming but he got worried when it is stopped at his stop. It is jam packed with people. He tried to enter from front, then conductor told him to get in from back side. Some how he got in that jam packed bus. Since he got up early in the morning, he is feeling sleepy but no way to get into the sleeping mode. The bus entered into city where IT parks are there with fine glassed structures. He wished if he would have been in that place, he could have worked for high salaries.

Bus is going slowly because of the heavy load that it is carrying and he observed a Tempo van where One long seat is occupied by 1 or 2 persons and they are sitting Araaaam Se :) most people are sleeping. Back side he sees a company logo and a Poster mentioning the contact number to reach if driver drives rashly. He understood that van is also for IT people. So slowly his soul started burning and making him emotional. After some time he observed one beautiful AC volvo BMTC bus crossing them. It is glass covered, with an LCD TV inside and people are standing and sitting but in comfortable positions, not much packed. He felt jealous and started shouting on IT sector because he knows that even he has an option of travel in that bus unfortunately his salary will not recommend having this comfort. Fortunately he got down earlier than what he thought to his destination bus point. He got an idea of search for a very very small house near by his office and he thought he can afford. As he got some free time from his job he thought of searching for house. So he entered into an area which is not looking so rich, thinking there - he may get a house with affordable rent.

He found one TOLET board and knocked the door to enquire. He rang the bell of ground floor and owner came out. Fat enquired about the TOLET board, the first question Fat expected from owner that he may ask Family or Bachelor, but the owner poured oil into his burning heart by asking what is your job. He told he is working in a Hypermarket. Then owner told rashly this is only for IT people, out of angry he asked why is that? Owner replied they are the people who can pay higher rent since they get paid highly. Fat was unhappy for his answer. Then he started searching for some more options of finding house and he found a contact number given under TOLET and he called to that number, a broker picked up the phone and bowled the same question which he failed to bat earlier i.e "Where r u working?" this time Fat changed the strategy of batting for the same ball by mentioning the Name of Hypermarket instead using the word Hypermarket. Unfortunately the next ball from brokers questions is --- is that IT or BPO company?. That's it!!!!!!! Fat thought he can't play this game because at the end of the game result is the same because of that mandatory condition which he is failing to meet. So he is totally frustrated with his job and got angry on IT people/sector.

So his anger towards the IT sector goes higher and higher as the time passes and he is getting hurt with similar kind of incidents in the places like vegetable shopping, auto walas, bazars, bus conductors etc etc.. One fine day, Nooo!! One Unfine day the worst hit he got from his wife during a fight, she told I could have been more happy if I had married an IT person.. that is..it...Fat is lost totally!!!

Months pass away...Fat heard that US is under recession and one of the highest affected sector for this is IT sector. When he read this news, he felt him self as the happiest person in the world on that day. He started hearing all the bad news from the IT world as good news for him. As the days pass away, he could feel the difference in the roads not that much filled with High-end cars. Most companies stopped cab service in the name of cost-optimization and not much cabs too. People started loosing jobs so rents went down... and in the same area where he searched earlier is having more TO-LET boards than earlier.. Few days he went to couple of houses and took revenge by enquiring for rented house and now owners are ready for any employee then he replied sorry I am not IT employee to stay in your home. like this...

In these good times, he did not know that one bad day is waiting for him soon... and that day has come.. He observed his wife is not ready for the cab.. when he asked Mat replied mentioning she lost job as her parent company removed contract to their Housekeeping company because the parent company is under cost optimization... a blow to house income started... with in couple of weeks he got another blow from his hypermarket in the form of reducing workers and he is one among the culprits for the same. And he is one among the Axed workers.

Fat thought he can find another job to run his family. He understood with in couple of days. that getting into new job is not so simple like earlier... and he is back to his old routine but this time to searching for a new job... he started criticizing himself the way how he got angry against IT sector when he saw a successive 10 busses of Infosys not allowing any passengers but only infy employees allowed, Noww he started wishing good for this high paid SECTOR like why can't this IT come up so that me and Mat can get job easily..that’s ok even if we are staying far from city...we are living happily like this..and he started praying to god so that the world comes out of recession thinking if recession goes offf means IT jobs will increase... and in turn he will get job sooner...

Alaasss ..at last Fat understood that neither he or Mat will not get job sooner, so they moved their family to their own old golden village.

What is this..
This is just 20-70-10.
This is the formula which is used by most of organizations using to grade employees by organizations and each number means
20% -> Top
70% -> Middle
10% -> Bottom

I was just wondering from couple of years from where this expression has been derived.

Recently I started reading a book "WINNING" written by Mr.Jack Welch who is one of very Successful Ex-CEO's of GE.

In his third chapter "Differentiation" he mentioned he is the person who gave this expression to the Corporate World, and it is a wonder that he derived this expression from his BasketBall team selection which he played in younger days.

Now reg.ratings of employees I got the new derivation for above mentioned expression.
But this is personal derivation and I guess applicable for IT Industry:

Here Top means : Organization is telling to that person is in current situation/scenario we dont have replacement for you and You are in the road of generating future revenue to organization.

Middle means: You are wonderful but we have ready alternative for your place in your absense. No great role in generating future revenue.

Bottom : This is Red, Red, red. Actually This has a single caption that is just Go Babyeeee , Go

So, now I understand what should we do to be in Top :)....

What features that GMail can't extend

I thought of two features that Gmail can extend :

1) Adding BookMarks (a sidebar can come like current chat/labels panes) so that we can store Bookmarks of interesting websites.

2) GMail can provide an option making any attached document to have interface with GoogleDocuments

thats it :)

The logic behind the question that is mentioned regarding the Trimurthy couples.

Here is my interpretation

Lord Brahma and Mata Saraswathi.:

Brahma represent “G” in GOD, where “G” stands for Generator. Creation is his duty. Saraswathi is goddess of Education. We know that Brahma has 3 heads.
So what we can decide by below expression

Multiple heads (Thoughts/intelligence) + education = creation

The crux of the above expression is :
Brahma will be holding Vedas which represent Knowledge. For creation, one requires more heads i.e more intelligence so that we can think in different directions and interpretations. To create any thing, we need to tie up with education means Saraswathi. A Combination of the above two leads to Creation.

Lord Vishnu and Mata Laxmi Devi:

Vishnu -> Operation or Sustenance
In Brief : Vishnu stands for ‘O’ in GOD which means “Operator”. Vishnu represents Dasavatharams. Laxmi Devi is wife of Vishnu who also represents AshtaLaxmi..

There are Dasavatharams by Lord Vishnu. This means in life we need to play different roles. For example: Avatar of Lord Krishna we should lead life as war. Laxmi represents Money means it could be Crops (Dhanya Laxmi), Currency (Dhana Laxmi), Children(Santhana Laxmi)..,

So Laxmi and Vishnu derive:

Life goes well = we will play Different roles in life + Using different kinds of Money

Lord Shiva + Parvathi:

Lord Shiva holds “D” letter representing “Destroyer”. PravathiDevi represents Energy.

During death we will not carry any thing but only thing which remains is energy that is Athma or Soul.

Hinduism a Way of Life , it is not Religion

Today I went out for lunch with my colleagues, as usual topics started from c++ and went to politics . After that, the discussion started regarding Politicizing religion by our great politicians. My colleague gave an example bababuddan festival in Karnataka which is celebrated by both Hindus and Muslims, because of dirty politics now this festival lost the charming of Religious Harmony. He also mentioned that this festival celebrations shown in international

Channels like BBC for representing religious integrity.

Yesterday night I watched a preaching of Swami Sukhabhodananda in one of TV Channels. His preaches are quite interesting. In yesterday’s preach he gave one beautiful example.

As we know that Buddha got enlightened under “Bodhi Vruksha” at the instance when a leaf was falling. In the similar way one person got enlightened in an incident when he was bringing water in a mud pot and it fell down. In this instance he got enlightened. He was doing lots of good things and good practices before enlightenment.

But the people observed only the broken pot and enlightenment, so the whole village started breaking the pots and started feeling they also enlightened. This is the Fun J which is happening now.

Many of us will be doing things in the similar way but not understanding the hidden facts.

As, many great people like Vivekananda told Hinduism is not a religion , it is way of life.

During my bachelor degree days I used to think about the things in Hinduism. Like Why we tell the population of Swargam is 3 Crores.

Why Shakthi Matha is the first life on earth.

Why Shiva’s wife is Parvathi Devi, Vishnu’s wife is Laxmi devi and Brahma’s wife is Saraswathi devi?

What made to do this..

What is the internal meaning!!!

I have shared with my friends, colleagues during the discussions that I had from Bachelors degree and few are convinced. I also gave a presentation regarding this during my Post Graduation days and people were interested.

Now I thought of sharing the thought processes that I can explain only from my perspective. I will share by next post.

At last you may be wondering..that.. World is taking about Buffalo and Bangalore , Obama and anti-outsourcing...But I am after something else topic

Now coming to the reply for the question:

I have replied that :

Can we think any time that "Why organization should pay when I am not productive I mean on Bench" and
also I have mentioned that "Organization is First and Employees Next" this is the meaning of Capitalism...
How many employees are thinking about the Organization when they are putting Papers. I remember so many employees who had quit during the deliverable.

Everyday we are hearing about Layoffs
so we will start curse companies...ethics...bla bla bla

I agree that what is happening is not good for any one...i mean neither it is good for Organization nor for employees..

Fortunately so many organizations are thinking about employees..at least in our country...

Many organizations are first concentrating towards Optimization (of course we can find stories about some organizations that are taking advantage of cost optimization :) )
After cost optimization only, organizations are considering Layoffs..(Layoffs are really unfortunate)...

Few companies are thinking their level best towards Employee centric like giving long term offs with basic sal...
and bonus for employees who are voluntarily leaving organization...

I know , as I am not affected by this as of now..i may be seeing this issue with Bird Eye..

But now I would like to tell how much employees are thinking loyal towards organization at this crucial time..

I am not referring to all the employees.. but a few

Now coming to the point..

Recently I took my office cab with my colleagues ..and we had one person whose house is located in very different route.. Because of him everyones travel got extended by 30 minutes....
unfortunately that day was raining..
so no traffic police..
as few people has so so intelligence...they became wild while driving their vehicles..
and every one wants to reach home at the earliest...
so every junction is a kind of mess...

so we got stressed and
few are more stressed and
very very few are burst stressed...
everyone started cursing Transport people for allotting this cab for that person...

I just thought that allotting a separate cab for one person costs...
so I expressed the same with the people in cab..

Ooff... few are not able to understand...this perspective..
and i got a reply from one person that ...
"Do you know how much money company is earning because of us..how much the client pays to company...can you tell the same point before 6 months"
Hhhhh

I would like to tell my answer in my next post..

by that time...

I would like to know what will be your answer for this question that I should give?

Today I thought of starting blogging..
Not just because of Sharukh or AmeerKhan or Amithab Bhachhan :)
just felt...
because this could the place where I can burst my ideas/anger/frustration..
this could be the one of the best places where I can pour my expressions..
